Roof repair works scheduled to start December 2025 - bookings for December 2025 - March 2026 are cancelled.
Work to replace the roof (damaged by hail in late 2023) will commence in December 2025.
The need for this work, and the fact that all bookings taken for late 2025/early 2026 have been 'provisional, pending the start of work' has previously been outlined on this website.
Taracoonee will now be unable to accommodate visitors for a period of approximately 3-5 months.
This website will be updated when the finish line is in site, and with any other relevant information as work progresses.
We look forward to welcoming you back to an improved and water-tight Taracoonee in 2026!
